Orphan data in ZX_LINES_DET_FACTORS for System Saved Requisitions

Hi,

A customer I support upgraded from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10 in early April 2021.

They are on these Patch Set levels:

iProc: R12.ICX.D.10
Purchasing: R12.PO.D.10

From what I know, when a requisition is created in iProc, Tax info is stored in the ZX_LINES_DET_FACTORS table.

Sometimes, requisitions end up with a System Saved status.

The "Purge System Saved Requisitions" deletes these on a routine basis.

However, from what I can see:

On 12.1.3, REQ Data was left in the ZX_LINES_DET_FACTORS table for the purged requisitions (linked to the REQ via the TRX_ID column), but for them, the TRX_LINE_ID was NULL.
