SO Status not changing

Hello

We use P4205 to ship confirm SO's, when we confirm the order it's supposed to advance the shipment status to 30 and the SO status to 560 last/578 next. Sometimes we have orders where the SO status advance but the shipment status stays at 27. Other times we have the shipment status advance and the SO status does not. Or if the SO line has multiple lines, some lines will advance and other lines will not.

I am wondering if you have every heard of this issue or have any idea why a line or shipment status would not advance during the Ship confirm process when using P4205?
