Parent kit and child line ship confirm issue in P4205

Our set up is to ship confirm both parent and child lines at one go.

But sometimes there is break between kit parent and child lines during ship confirm i.e Kit parent line status moved to 560 -580 but kit child lines stay at 560 only.

Please suggest if there is any issue in code or is there any bug in ship confirmation application as we are facing delay in shipment.
