GO button getting disabled for one book when trying to retire an asset

Hi all,

My asset is in in service status as for one the book RET transaction is not done. Now the users are trying to create the RET transaction for that book, unfortunately the "Go" button is getting disabled upon opening the asset in Retire/Reinstate asset page.

Below is the screenshot, help us to successfully retire the asset if anyone faced similar issue in past.

Corporate book:

Local book: where it is enabled for same asset and BU
