Web exception caused during Price-Book item selection (P45520 and P45510)

During my investigation into Price-Book (P45520) I have encountered an Web exception that will not allow me to progress.

When first details are filled in, going to form "Item selection", this will take you to the Search agent section.

On the search agent section I am trying to use either: F4106 or F4072 to find customer information and bring back items to create the shell.

Using any variant of these fields above, the application will start to load, as its looking for something, then create a web exception error as it has brought back to many items.

None of the items displayed will be relevant to these fields, the logs also do not give back any information to why it is failing.
