What is the best practice to revoke absence delegation for terminated Manager?
When a Manager has delegated absence input and approvals to a proxy and then the Manager is terminated or transferred, they tend to leave the delegation active instead of revoking. This has been causing issues and we would like to know if anyone has a best practice for revoking these delegations upon the termination or transfer of the Manager. We do not use the Maintain Delegation Authorities process but my understanding is it only revokes delegation of inactive proxies, not delegators.
Doc ID 2775193.1: Does The Maintain Delegated Authorities Process Revoke Delegations For Terminated Delegators?, states in the solution, "For a terminated delegator the admin should take appropriate action to revoke if needed."
