How to transition from legacy on premise support model to Saas?

We are currently going through a HR & Finance transformation which includes migrating from our legacy on premise EBS estate to Oracle Cloud Applications (SaaS -ERP, EPM and HCM and PaaS -OCI & VBCS). As part of redesigning the service delivery model we are looking to existing customers who have also been on this journey and can share insights with regards the core capabilities needed and the roles/org structure they have put in place to enable their organisation to live in the cloud.
