Menu 'Lease Center Agent' is very slow

Hi Team,

I am trying to create an Inquiry responsibility for Lease and Finance management where users can just have read only access to lease contracts and other activities.

I have found Menu 'Lease Center Agent' suitable but this responsibility is very slow, I have tried creating a new responsibility with Menu 'Lease Center Agent' but this is really slow as it keeps on spinning and open the forms very late. Please advise if we can use some other responsibility or have any fix to resolve the slowness of the menu 'Lease Center Agent' or we have any other menu option which can accommodate the read only access for lease contracts.
