Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Have recently been hit by a large number of inbound calls presenting presenting invalid French numbers.

Numbers are coming in as +337 followed by 7 random digits. (So 8 digits in total after +33) Valid French calls should have 8 digits.

Is it ok to use

+33xxxxxxxx (8 * x) Whitelist and +33xxxxxxx (7 * x) blacklist.

Or is there a neater pattern I could use for each.
