MS SQL SSIS and Oracle Proxy users

I'm using Oracle DB EE 19c and MS SSIS 2016. I'm trying to see if I can connect to my DB from MS SSIS using an Oracle proxy user. With Oracle SQLPLUS this is straight forward but I cannot find a way to do it with MS SSIS. Does anyone have an experience with this? I have asked around the MS forums/community to no avail.
