How to fix the field properties, button caption and popup messages in Template builder UI

Hi,

I'm using BI publisher Template builder Add-in from MS Office and facing some problem.

I guess the Template builder functionality is working fine(I can edit .rtf files and .xml files. ), but the UserForm field properties, button caption and popup messages are not showing properly in the UserForm.

For example, Window title "Field Browser" is shown as ".oracle.apps.xdo.vba.rtftemplatebuilder..UserForm_fieldProperties.caption".

Table header "Text","Code" are both shown as ".oracle.apps.xdo.vba.rtftemplatebuilder..UserForm_fieldProperties.tag"

Popup messages are shown like this...''.oracle.apps.xdo.vba.rtftemplatebuilder..Message.message9"

I guess there are some issues in the language settings, as it shows "Translation file not found!" while I'm using it from MS Word and Excel.
