I am getting error 

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: pesldl01_Get_Object: shm_open failed: errno 17 errmsg File exist,

in an Oracle 19 multitenant database that runs in Solaris.

I've already cleaned files generated under /tmp as per Ora-00600 [Pesldl01_get_object: Shm_open: Errno 17 Errmsg File Exists] (Doc ID 1327233.1), 

but the issue persists.


I appreciate any help.
