EBS12.2.6 - How to set up OAM for 2 testing environments and SSO

We have a set of DEV servers that host 2 cloned environments, CRP1 and DEV, for our 12.2.6 EBS system. Previously, only DEV was set up to use the OAM/OID servers to enable SSO after cloning. I wanted to set CRP1 up to use the same OAM/OID servers to enable SSO, and it appears after doing the registration on the EBS side, it actually works.

My issue is that we have a custom login.jsp file and we had hardcoded the browser tab LOGIN_TITLE as well as the title on the window to include the "DEV" instance name so users could tell they were not in production:
