Error Using Workforce Insight

Hello,

We would like to deploy Workforce Insight. However, we ran into issue with some users. Users have been given HR Analytics Administrator role. However, some users cannot access the analytics where others can. For those who cannot, below is what they see:

When they click on the tile, they get the following error:

Unable to access the underlying Query Datasource. (268,54) PT_PGPACKAGE.PT_PGInformation.OnExecute Name:InitializeFromDB PCPC:3219 Statement:119

Called from:PTPG_API.Model.OnExecute Name:Model Statement:50

Called from:PTS_SEARCH.PivotGridSearch.OnExecute Name:Initiate Statement:111

Called from:PTPG_NUI_VWR.Activate Statement:144


What are the required security/access needed for users to use the Workforce Insight analytics? We're using PTools 8.58 PUM 37.
