How to get the user picture on the Profile Tile

Dear All,

Is it possible to have the Profile picture of the user to be reflecting as the image in the Profile tile on the Homepage. We are using CS 9.2 with PT 8.58. Picture comes within the Profile tile on the top left corner as a thumbnail.

Can the user have their respective pic displayed in the Profile Tile icon. I have seen this in HCM (under Employee Self Service) regarding the same. Wondering, if it is possible in CS also.
