Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. xen and xen-tools update on Oracle Linux 7.9

Installed Kernel 5.4.17, and system fails to boot the new kernel.

Message on console: integrity: Unable to open file: /etc/keys/x509_ima.der (-2)

As per Doc ID: 18712168, the suggestion is to update xen and xen-tools.

However, these packages are not available on Oracle Linux 7.9.

Kernel 4.1.12 boots successfully.
