Batch Checklist Assignment not working

Hello,

I am using PeopleTools version 8.58.13. My organization isn't using Checklists for much but we are looking to expand this, so I have been doing some testing and have not been able to get the assignment to properly work. I came across this article that is for a later version of PT and reviewed the attached document to confirm I had set up my checklist correctly (https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?_afrLoop=304767536527455&parent=EXTERNAL_SEARCH&sourceId=PROBLEM&id=2706932.1&_afrWindowMode=0&_adf.ctrl-state=ki77k81n_137). As far as I can tell I have done so.

After going through all the steps to set up checklist items, checklist function items, checklists, 3C Groups, Event ID, 3C Engine run control, and then running the run control, there are no errors. Process monitor shows the job as successfully completed (no detail). But when I go to see if the the checklists were assigned to specific students they are not there. Does anyone have any experience with this? Any tips you could give?
