Commitment Account PA (F0902) update

I am working with a customer not done a yearend close as yet, They are planning to do this end of the month. But they have done the commitment rollover on time. Their GL period is still not switched it is year 21. Their year is Jan - Dec.

• Does the Annual Close R098201 updates the Balance BF values on PA ledger when run?
• Does it also update the net posting buckets for the periods when run?
• If you cant update net posting through R098201, is there any other way to update PA ledger upto date including Balance BF and Net posting using Finance batch job? Looking for something beyond R43199/R00993/R00992.
