Possible to add a new Item Transaction Default type?

Within R12.3.2 - - I am attempting to setup an Item Transaction Default for RMA Receipts. Currently there are options to assign for Shipping, Receiving, Move Orders only - - but I want to setup a 4th category which will default sub and locator defaults for items received on RMAs.

I was able to add this new value within XX_ITEM_TRANS_UPLOAD_DEFAULT_TYPE but it is not visible for assignment within the Item Transaction Defaults screen. Is this possible or do I need to research a different solution? Thank you for your help!
