Oracle UCM option list from database views using db link

Dears

I wanted to create option list from database view . but the database table existed on another database , so we created db link to the table on another database then created view pointing at that table , then i managed to create view on the UCM . then attached the view to metadata using option list . the metadata is created fine but when trying to check-in metadata the list i created showing " loading values "

i tried restarting the server , using another browser . same issue

i did search and only found it was a bug in 11G release while we are using 12C release
