PARSE error after 19c upgrade

Hi

After upgrading to 19c, we are getting loads of PARSE error which using ROWID and they generated from Oracle Forms. We have not seen these before upgrading from 12.1.0.2

Also the Forms system is working fine and they dont see any errors at all.

If anyone experience this before could you tell us what would be fix for it
