OMS auto startup fails after upgrading cloud control from 13.4 to 13.5

Hello,

After upgrading cloud control from 13.4 to 13.5, oms couldn't startup automatically after system reboot. Even with creating a service file in systemd and also copying the file gcstartup from /etc/init.d to /etc/systemd, OMS still can't starting up after a sytem reboot.
