Service Queue Retry
Chris /Team - From base Xstore - SIM integration perspective, if SIM is offline it persist on CTL_SERVICE_RETRY_QUEUE table. Does any one know if Xadmin alerts picks these and show it on Alert console ? This is for V19. I know in V21 , 20 this was enhanced to bring CTL_SERVICE_QUEUE to DTV schema and the errors can be viewed from home office alert console.
