Does anyone here know what function calls the forgot password workflow (UMXLHELP)

We have a need to modify the forgot password workflow (UMXLHELP) and I can't find how the "LOGIN_HELP" process gets called. I was expecting to find a function associated with it like I was able to find with the HRSSA workflow processes however so far I've not been able to.
