SSN missing on 1095C for Dependent on Cobra

Where does the print process get the SSN for a dependent who had to be manually added because they are on COBRA? There is an address book record with an SSN. The SSN is in the F08120, why wouldn't it print on the 1095C?

I checked the R08119B source code and the SSN is in the record.
