Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. ZFS Pool hot spare disk kick-in

Hello All

I use ZS5-2 strorage with one DE3-24C(10TB DISK * 20EA) and will add one DE3-24C(18TB DISK *20EA)

If I have 1 Pools(Mirror) / 10TB * 18EA(Data Disk) and 2 Spare Disk

When I add new disk shelf to existing pools, will make 18TB*18EA(Data Disk) and 2 Spare Disk.

And then, spare Disk Size will be different (10TB * 2EA / 18TB *2EA)

If 10TB Disk Drive Failed, 10TB and 18TB also can be kick-in ?
If 18TB Disk Drive Failed, Only 18TB Kick-in?
