Could I create a RMAN catalog on an ODA in 19c SE2

Hallo!

We have a 'BM ODA X7-2 Small'

On this ODA we are running a 19c SE2 Database.

Actually our RMAN is using the controlfile.

My question:

For licence reasons is it possible to create a RMAN catalog?

Is it possible at all to create a RMAN catalog on a 19c SE2 Database?
