PeopleSoft Payroll for NA - 9.2

  • PS Leave Accrual is not being used.
  • Compliance with tracking and reporting the new 2022 California Paid Sick Leave (CPSL) hours for 2 COVID entitlement programs for hours not yet paid with no accruals to be reported on the pay statements. This is defined in California SB 114 signed into law on February 9, 2022. It is effective February 19th with compliance mandated for the first payroll cycle's pay statement following the 19th.
  • New wage statement reporting requirements include zero hours to be printed on a pay statement until hours are used/paid. Hours are then printed as they are used which does not require special handling. This information cannot be combined with the regular CA paid sick leave plan.
