Any risks or impact on 19c upgrade when upgrade runs at 2AM March 13 2022 when Daylight Saving Time

We planned to upgrade a db from 12.2.0.1 to 19.12 right around 2AM March 13 2022 when Daylight Saving Time Starts. Our system clock handles this Daylight Saving Time change automatically. But when doing the db upgrade right around 2AM March 13, what will be the impact to our upgrade process. One of the upgrade is to upgrade db time zone from 26 to 32.

In short, any risks or impact on db upgrade process/steps right at hour (2:00AM) March 13 2022 when Daylight Saving Time changes?
