I have oracle 12.1.0.2.0, please guide me how can i download patch  

Patch 33492893: WINDOWS DB BUNDLE PATCH 12.1.0.2.220118

I tried from oracle support it is saying you do not have rights.

below is the error :You do not have privileges to download Software Extended Support patches. See How Patches and Updates Entitlements Works for more information.

Any guidelines, please suggest
