Routing for Specific Line Disappearing over Weekend

For the last three Saturdays the routing for Order has completely blanked out (not invalid, just actually gone). It is just this line, with everything getting reset for February. For your reference i provide screen shot. In below order in three shipment all data is same but among three shipment one getting issue i.e. shipment no - 12092160. Please provide solution.
