Getting error while creating ledger "FLEXFIELDS SERVER-SIDE VALIDATION"

Hi,

while creating new ledger and LE using existing COA, getting below error. compiled flexfield multiple times but no luck.

"Program error: Please inform your support representative that FLEXFIELDS SERVER-SIDE VALIDATION package reports error: call_userval () exception: ORA-01403: no data found.

one more thing. I have created new balancing segment 15 as part of New LE and New PL but it is showing 10 BSV at the time of ledger creation at company code level.
