How to troubleshoot CHA incidents in OEM 13.5
Within the past 2 days have received several alerts which usually clear several minutes later:
CHA_FC_HIT_X on Host <hostname> Database/Cluster DATABASE Instance <db_name>. <instance_name> CHA_FC_HIT_X_CAUSE
The platform is Exadata with 19c GI. GIMR is not enabled.
Looking for some tips on how to drill down on these incidents to find the root cause.
