Functionality to delete lines from Sales Order (12.2.10)

Hello guys

We've upgraded to EBS 12.2.10 couple of weeks back and it looks like, have lost a functionality that were available with 12.0.6 for last 12 years!

We make material requests using purchasing responsibility through Requisition-> Type as Material Request from warehouse & these requests are opened using order organizer, lines without sufficient quantities are either deleted or quantities attached prior booking.

Once after the upgrade, our warehouse cannot delete lines or adjust the line item quantities and receiving the below message:

"You are not allowed to delete order line because: This is an internal order". As we have noticed, after the upgrade, many system level profiles options were defaulted. Could this be due to one of the profile options reset to default?
