After updating Oracle Linux 7.9 from kernel version 4.1.12-124.46.4.1.el7uek.x86_64 to kernel version 5.4.17-2136.304.4.1.el7uek.x86_64,

we observe a significant increase in % of disk utilization on the standby base.

The oracle 12c standby/primary database configuration has not changed.

The current version of the database is Database 12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production
