Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. When upgrading EBS from 12.2.7 to 12.2.11 with ECC installed in version V7

Is it sufficient to apply only the ATG consolidated patch corresponding to Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2.11 or R12.ATG_PF.C.Delta.10 :

Patch 32622546:R12.ATG_PF.C

Are there any more steps from Doc ID 2495053.1 that are needed to be re-run?
