How to get webutil client_get_file_name to work with Oracle forms 12c?

Hi there,

I have installed oracle forms 12c and weblogic on Windows Server 2019.

Weblogic Server Infrastructure 12.2.1.4.0.

Forms and Reports Deployment 12.2.1.4.0.

I followed Webutil Demo with No Jacob Dependency/ No OLE Features (Doc ID 1644754.1).

I use it with webstart=enabled.

When I run the form 'webutil_demo_no_ole' I get the error Oracle Forms Webutil ... bean not found. Webutil will not work.

The problem is I cannot get client_tool_env.getvar or client_get_file_name to work.

I also have a problem to get oracle forms to open in a browser so it downloads a jnlp file and I run the forms in a java window.
