User (one) unable to open the paycheck as PDF in PeopleSoft HRMS SelfService

We have a scenario were only user is unable to open the paycheck in PDF format in PeopleSoft HR SelfService. When he tries to open the file, the paycheck is displayed in a page format.


Please share if anyone experienced such an issue. Thanks in advance.
