Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi!

I apologize that this is the wrong category.

I have not found Outside In.

Does anyone have any idea how to export such BASE64 encoded emails in a readable way using Outside In PDF Export?

Currently the contents of such an email are transferred as BASE64 string into the generated PDF.
