Delivering W2's electronically to employees

We are using JD Edwards 9.2. Currently we print and mail W2's to employees each year. We would like to find out if there are alternate options, maybe a bolt on third party software that could be used to give our employees the option to have there W2's available electronically. Does anyone out there do something like that?
