In place upgrade from RHEL 7 to RHEL 8 using Leapp tool possible?

Our organization is sunsetting RHEL 7 this June (2022). We recently upgraded the GI and RDBMS to 19c from 12c. We are also running FMW 12.2.1.04.

Is it possible to perform an in-place upgrade of the OS using RedHat's Leapp tool?

Has anyone been able to complete this successfully?

Are there any special steps that need to be taken with the Oracle Software when doing this?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
