Jennifer - I have been reading all of the questions and concerns about past ranking, change rankings, and newbies trying to understand the rankings and recognition of awards.

I suggest the following - make expandable/collapsible sections that link to or contain the original documents that are referenced numerous times in the comments.

1 - What are the awards and how do you earn them (ribbons, badges, etc all the way) so that a new person can see value in watching and responding to community posts. Give them incentive to keep informed and read - not just go to MOSC when they need something and an SR won't work.
