Secure External Password Store

Database Version: 19C: 19.14.0.0.0

OS Platform: Microsoft windows server 2016


Question:

I am setting up this Secure external password Store on windows. I have created the wallet and followed all the steps. The wallet was created under my admin account I used to remote into the database server, which is where the wallet exists. (ex: MHS\jason~...sa) When I run the command for Testing the Connection such as tnsping tnsalias, all went through.

C:\>tnsping patcare_oradba
