Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. UOM conversion error while submitting the requisition

Hi,

I am getting UOM conversion unsuccessful error even though the conversion exists in P41002.

Error is popping up while submitting the requisition.

tried to update the UOM on requisition as well but no luck.

Purchasing UOM is KT. UOM on req is KT.

Any advice.
