Can HR Notification send multiple email to a single recipient?

Hi,

Can peoplesoft HR Notification send multiple email to a single recipient?

We have this requirement to send multiple email to a manager when there is an employee turning 1 year. But we only get one email every time we process the notification when there are more than one employee turning 1 year reporting to the same manager.

Ideal scenario is it should sent out x number of emails equal to the number of employees turning 1 but we are only getting 1 email.

Let me know if we can achieve this using delivered HR notification.
