Trip number sequencing issue

I am getting Trip Number Sequencing issue .

I have one order with qty 3528 BT and we are perform Warehouse confirmation with fixed location methods and TB = 1 . Check the below screenshot for your reference.


while suggestion confirm , as per the instruction , system is fetching the location is defined sequence but Trip no is not populated with correct Sequence number .

Below are the data extract from F4611 file where Display sequence and Suggestion seq fetched correct as per the setup but Trip No is not in Sequence

So would like to know , does any specific setup for Trip number or any specific that helps to work as per the Suggestion Sequence ?
