Fault with ADF Desktop Integration Excel Add-in All User Install

in Technology Stack - EBS (MOSC)

We are installing the ADF Desktop Integration excel add-in using the All User MSI (adfdi-excel-addin-installer-all-users.msi). The installation is successful. But, when running, it tries to download files to the system profile, at C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local.

Obviously, the user does not have permission to write to this location. Has anyone come across this, and know if there is a fix?
