Migrating Activity Guides for Onboarding and Offboarding

I have been going through PTools MOSC, and see that nothing has been posted there since 2018/2020 dealing with the aspects of migrating Activity Guide Components in total. We are in the midst of going from PUM34 to PUM41 and want to move our custom (cloned) guides in total. Has anyone been able to provide a comprehensive approach to do this migration across databases? I believe that PeopleSoft is functional and the tools support it so I need to functionally be aware and participate in the process from start to finish.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, cause I really don't want to manually re-add all the configurations in every new database in our Migration Track to Production (really worried about missing one checkbox or field - and it all crashes). We are under a time crunch.
