Instructor Restriction on Transcripts

Our student records folks are concerned about the way instructors show on transcripts. There is no existing settings to control the Instructor Type, the only existing settings related to the instructors is the display instructor name. As a result, someone who has Instructor Type of TA appears to be an instructor the same way as the primary instructor of a course.

Can there be an enhancement in the XML or otherwise (config) so that you can filter by instructor type, if you wanted to only select the primary instructor of classes to show on the transcript?
