Inability to Create a custom Grid in Production

Hi Team,

Getting this error every time I try to create a new grid format in the production environment. 

Tools Release : 9.2.5.2

Please suggest the solutions. Already verified the below documents but no solutions are similar to the issue.

E1: ORCH: When Trying to Import Orchestrator Samples, Upload Failed with JAS Error Exception occured: Failed to add object to project Failed to add the object to the OMW project. java.lang.Exception: (Doc ID 2758739.1)

E1: GRID: Working with Grid Formats and Using the User Overrides Application P98950 with 9.1.5 and prior (Doc ID 1082074.1)

E1: GRID: New User Added in P0092 Cannot Save Grid Format Unless E1 CNC Administrator Logs into E1 as New User First (
